	Welcome to the new irishrolling website. The new site features a messageboard, photo and video galleries, and links to various other rolling sites & info. The aim of the site is to give everyone a chance to keep in contact through the messageboard, keep you up-to-date with any rolling news and organise some sessions. 	All the way from San Antonio, Ian joined us for a couple of weeks over xmas to party, eat turkey, and of course rollerblade. We took a day trip to Glasgow for the craic and then decided to finish the edit by pissin off some security guards ninja style to get the clip, for the craic. Enjoy. PS 90% of this was filmed in below freezing temperatures whilst ian had the cold and it was stupidly dark - one to remember! Edit by Tom McClelland.

			Conor Manweiler founded Kaltik in 2002. Since then Kaltik have been producing clothing but have recently turned their attention to skate hardware and have just unveiled their first frame! The freestyle frame is manufactured using the hardest and strongest plastic and is available in black & white exclusively at rollersnakes. Kaltik are already working on a second frame and possibly wheels for next year. For more information on Kaltik check out their website. 	Unit 13 Skatepark is now complete. The park now features a large and a small mini ramp, jumpbox, vert wall, spines, grindboxes and a rail. 				Elements skatepark in Belfast has been finished for a month or so now. The park is built behind Aerheadz graffiti shop and although its fairly small its a great skate. It features a bowl with a spine leading onto a long quarter pipe. The skatepark has been professionally built and is close to the centre of town. Wednesday night is rollerblade only night, £5 for a skate between 6 and 10pm starting Wednesday 10th December. For more info contact Glen at aerhedz@hotmail.com.


	You may have heard about USD’s “Win the samples” contest. To have a chance of winning a pair of skates from the new USD range you had to write a letter to The Conference explaining to them why you should win the skates and what you would do to promote the new skate. Tom was lucky enough to cop a pair of USD VII’s. Tom - “Ok, so, I received these skates just 3 days after they were promised to be sent by the Conference. First impressions were of shock as I wasn’t expecting anything too special from this low priced skate. The printed designs on the skate looked sick, the liner looked fresh and the soulplates looked huge. 		Unfortunately Clontarf Skatepark closed down early 2008. Thanks to all the lads involved for the hard work they put into organising the park. Check this edit of some of the lads skating the park.
